Kitsel aims to please and if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may either return it for a refund or exchange it.
Items may be returned for a refund or exchange within 10 days from the day you receive your package. Garments must be in perfect condition, with tags attached and no sign of wear. Proof of purchase is necessary. Items that have been worn, washed or are customer-damaged will not be accepted for refund or exchange.
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping costs of the delivery of your new item.
If an item is found to be damaged or we have sent you the wrong item, we will gladly offer a full refund or exchange, simply contact us at

We are not responsible for items that are sent to us and not received. We recommend you send your packages by insured parcel or courier. We will email you once we receive the returned item and process your exchange or refund.
